ABOUT ME

I trained at East15 Acting School, firstly on the Foundation course and secondly achieving a first class BA (Hons) degree in Acting and Community Theatre. When I finished my foundation course I wanted to be able to create myself work in an increasingly competitive industry whilst still getting a solid training in naturalism, script work and acting for camera.

With additional skills in devising theatre, circus, puppetry, street theatre and others I offer a unique product in what I bring to a rehearsal room or in front of a lens.

As well as being a professional actor, I direct theatre projects and lead workshops with different groups of people within a community. Some of my work includes: devising a show in a care home with elderly participants with dementia, performing Playback Theatre in a homeless shelter and building social skills with young adults with Special Needs through acting, to name but a few.

LAMDA Exams

INDIVIDUAL LAMDA EXAM TUITION

lamda exam logo.jpg

LAMDA Exams are about achievement and empowerment, helping learners all over the world develop into confident speakers since the 1880's. The principle aim of them as wonderfully stated on the LAMDA website is: "to have the opportunity to develop self-expression, self-assurance and have fun".

They subsequently improve an individuals ability to speak confidently in front of audiences, develop interview and presentation techniques, develop a greater understanding of the English language and become comfortable in their own voice.

LAMDA Exams can be taken in Acting, Devising Drama, or Speaking Verse and Prose. I am more than happy to recommend a course and level best suited to an individuals age, interests, vocal development and knowledge of the English language.

Different exam grades require a different recommended amount of guided and non-guided tuition. LAMDA Exams Grade 6 and above also contribute varying amounts of UCAS points that count towards University applications.

I charge £15 for 30 Minutes and £25 for 60 minutes with the first consultation/introduction session given at half price.
If you book in a 10 lesson block I offer a 10% discount.

I carry an enhanced DBS certificate, full public liability insurance and have further certificates in Child Protection and Anti-Radicalisation that I send to all parents prior to their first session.

Please feel free to contact me via email at the bottom of the page for more information.
